What does PivotWorth calculate?
Payback (months to recover the investment), annual salary difference and a Career Move Score combining economics, skill similarity and demand.
Is it a prediction of my salary or of getting hired?
No. We use market salary references (P10/P50/P90) and your own assumptions. It is not a hiring probability or a return guarantee.
Why only the United States?
It is the market with traceable official data (BLS/O*NET). Canada and the UK are in beta until they pass 85% verified coverage.
Does an AI decide the numbers?
No. The engine is deterministic and auditable; any AI could only narrate, never decide figures, candidates or rankings.
What happens with my email and data?
We only use them to deliver your report. Calculation data is not sent to analytics and is deleted after the retention period.
How much does it cost?
The simulation and preview are free. The full report is currently free in exchange for your email while we validate the product.
